Membership Information

The Theosophical Society is a non-sectarian, non-profit organization devoted to the upliftment of human welfare. Membership is open to all persons regardless of race, creed, sex, caste or color. Individuals below 18 years need to have the consent of parents before becoming a member.

The Theosophical Society has no dogmas or doctrines. All that is required is sympathy with the three objects of the Theosophical Society; the sponsorship of two members, and the payment of annual dues.

Registration and Membership Information

Regular Member:
Entrance Fee: P150.00
Annual Fee: P500.00

Member-at-large
Entrance Fee: P150.00
Annual Fee: P550.00

A regular member is a member who belongs to a lodge or study group. A member-at-large is not and communicates directly with the national headquarters.

Objects of the
Theosophical Society

1. To form a nucleus of the Universal Brotherhood of Humanity without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste or color
2. To encourage the study of comparative religion, philosophy and science
3. To investigate unexplained laws of nature and the powers latent in man


Upon becoming a member,
you will:

  • receive a monthly letter on theosophy and Theosophical Society
  • receive the basic Introductory Study Course in Theosophy
  • become automatically enrolled in the Correspondence Course in Theosophy
  • Receive Philippine Theosophist quarterly
  • be entitled to discounts in Theosophical Bookshop
  • be entitled to attend members conferences, meetings, retreats and training programs
