Center for Stress Management and Wellbeing
The Center is a non-profit service of the Theosophical Society in the Philippines to help people attain inner peace, harmony and wellbeing. It offers counseling, calming exercises, self-awareness, meditation, seminars, talks and reading resources. It is staff by volunteer professionals.
- Counseling — Individuals who feel stressed or distressed may request for an appointment to learn guidelines on how to handle stress and distress, including approaches to more effective relationships with people, strategies in life planning, clarification on one’s values, meditation, and self-awareness.
- Self-Transformation Seminar — a 3-day seminar on self-understanding with exercises on learning life skills such as self-awareness, stress relief, emotional processing, meditation, value clarification, etc.
