The Theosophical Society, through the Theosophical Order of Service and the Bacolod Lodge, operates five schools: three in Metro Manila, one in Bago City, Negros Occidental and the fifth in Bohol.
The schools are run according to the theosophical world view that entails:
- highest importance of character building and personality development
- a loving and caring atmosphere
- no competition or ranking
- quest for excellence
- no punishment, just consequences
- development of wholesome self-esteem and self-confidence
- knowledge of the art of living
- clear sense of values
- high sense of integrity
- vegetarian canteen
Academically, the school gives high priority to mastering language, particularly English, and mathematics.
