(L.). The astral shell of a human being in kšma-loka. The term is used by Lucretius in his De Rerum Natura (”On the Nature of Things”). The plural, simulacra, is also called eidolons, umbras, larvae, bh™tas or bhoots, spooks, reliquiae, shades, or phantoms.
