The divine mind prior to the manifestation of the universe, synonymous with DIVINE IDEATION, and different from COSMIC IDEATION. The latter refers to the Universal Mind when differentiation has taken place. The Universal Mind is an aspect of the ABSOLUTE and hence does not cease during cosmic PRALAYA, or state of dormancy, whereas Cosmic Ideation ceases during the pralaya state.
